The physicians of the practice have performed over 2000 DIEP flap reconstructions. We also perform SIEP, TUG, SGAP, and Latissimus flap breast reconstruction procedures. The physicians of PRMA have extensive experience with secondary procedures for breast implant-related problems. Our reconstructive surgery philosophy is to use autologous tissue wherever possible to restore form and function to the body. Your Consultation Our goal at PRMA of South Texas is to provide our patients with state of the art care in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. All of the physicians in our group have a special interest and training in microsurgery, which enables us to handle any and all types of reconstructive problems. We also have a significant interest in the latest cosmetic surgery techniques. At least one of the physicians in our practice attends the annual meeting of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
