My approach to plastic surgery is to provide the patient with care that meets or exceeds their expectations. I bel;ieve that a satisfied patient begins with a very strong doctor patient relationship. I believe in patient education, realizing that an educated patient is a happier patient. My being able to understand what the patient wishes to accomplish and that they have a realistic expectation about how changing the body image will impact their lives is essential. I place a strong emphasis on my patient's health and safety and my aim is to treat every patient like I would want to be treated.Keeping up with the latest medical techniques along with many years of experience allows me to achieve the results that meet and exceed expectations. Your Consultation We understand that every consultation begins with the first phone call to the office. Therefore, your consultation starts with our patient care coordinator who is well versed in plastic surgery, not just an appointment, scheduler and who is dedicated to the needs of our patients. Our patients sometimes wish to meet with the patient care coordinator first in an effort to better understand their options prior to meeting with the doctor. We provide as much information as possible to patients and for some surgeries such as facelifts, tummy tucks, eyelid surgery, liposuction and nose surgery we provide mirror imaging to allow the patient a sneak peek at what the end result should look like.During the complimentary consultation with Dr. Ness (usually lasting 30-45 minutes) we discuss all the issues related to the procedure the patient is interested in. We will include the risks and the benefits along with any other alternative treatments available. if there is a consultation that involves other disciplines such as skin care, introductions or appointments may be made with one of our dermatologists or our esthetician. After all questions are answered the patient is directed to our patient care coordinator for the surgical quote and to view photos of previous patients. We encourage our patients to ask questions and to speak with other patients and are happy to provide references.
