Dr. Jerry W. Chang, a board certified plastic surgeon, has been with Long Island Plastic Surgical Group since 2010. Dr. Chang graduated with honors from Duke University in 1998 and received his MD from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri, graduating with honors in Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, Urology, and Obstetrics/Gynecology. ABOUT DR. SMITHDr. Mark L. Smith has recently moved his practice to Northwell Health System and now serves as System Vice-Chairman in the Department of Surgery and Director of Reconstructive Oncology for Northwell Health Cancer Institute. In 2012, they were invited to Ichilov Medical Center in Tel Aviv to perform the first vascularized lymph node transfers in Israel.
