Your Consultation The primary objective of our office is to provide excellent quality of care in all areas of plastic surgery. We want to be certain that all of our patients are comfortable and your questions are appropriately answered. The decision to undergo plastic surgery is highly personal and many patients feel vulnerable. The consultation process is critically important and we take whatever time a patient needs to feel comfortable about the decision to undergo surgery. Each patient is an individual and is treated as such. The day of your first consultation will proceed as follows: Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete a registration form and medical questionnaire. Once the medical questionnaire is reviewed, you will have a detailed consultation specific to your needs with Dr. Iliana Sweis. If you permit, your photographs will be taken. These photographs are confidential and will remain in your chart. If you decide to schedule surgery, we will make all of your appointments, including a visit prior to surgery during which you will receive all instructions, prescriptions and have any remaining questions answered.
