Every new patient is greeted by our receptionists, and basic medical information is obtained prior to meeting with Dr. ChangDuring the consultation time, Dr. Chang takes great care to provide the most honest, up-to-date, and complete information for her patients'. And just as importantly, she takes the time to listen carefully to her patients' concerns so that the most suitable surgical plan can be developed. During this time, a targeted exam may be performed and appropriate pre-operative and post-operative photos will be available for perusal. There is no set time limit for the consultation, but generally it will take approximately 1 hour.
